In Singapore, all imports and exports (including goods transiting through Singapore)
must be declared to Singapore Customs using TradeNet®️system.
Required when goods are brought into Singapore from another country.
Covers both direct imports and transshipments (e.g., goods passing through Singapore before going elsewhere).
Needed before the cargo arrives at the checkpoint.
What is Singapore Outward Permit ?
Required when goods are sent out of Singapore to another country.
Ensures proper export control, tax/GST compliance, and record keeping.
What is Singapore Inward Permit ?

What is K2 Form ?
Purpose: To declare exported goods leaving Malaysia.
Used by: Exporters or forwarding agents.
Covers: Goods for permanent export, whether dutiable or not.
